Here at Swales we understand the importance of knowing exactly what it is you’re putting on your family’s plates. That’s why we source all of our meat from local certified farms throughout Lincolnshire. Over the years, we have built up excellent relationships with these farmers. These important relationships mean that we can not only trace all of our meat back to the farm, but quite often the field, it was reared on.

Our beef is not only British, it is from Lincolnshire. Grass-fed outdoors for a mellow flavour, before being traditionally matured for a minimum of 21 days for tenderness. Here you will find our range of top quality steaks, joints, casserole cuts, burgers and minced and diced beef. -
