We are a small artisan bread bakery in the old English tradition. We purchase only the finest flour and ingredients, and ferment our buns for maximum flavour. It is our belief that bread prepared this way is excellent nutritionally, outstanding in flavour, and wonderfully satisfying. All of our whole wheat flour is grown and ground in Lincolnshire.
